Experience Zohar Shachak's Digital Art
A Multi-Talented Digital Illustration and Animation Portfolio
Zohar Shachak is a Canadian animator and illustrator working in digital media from Toronto Canada. Creating fantasy and sci-fi themed animations and illustrations he uses his work to emphasize the values of using escapism as a coping mechanism for stress, bullying, and dealing with mental illness. Zohar is actively interested in the production of videogames and movies seeing them as another outlet to share the values of escapism. Zohar’s commercial work has involved some independent commissions drawing fan art of characters, while his more educational oriented work has ranged from short animations to illustrations depicting some of the characters and stories he makes himself. This website serves as a showcase of Zohar's best work whether done for commissions, learning, or his own enjoyment.
